Koki has been a staple of the Egyptian kitchen for more than 30 years, but every sale used to pass through retail. That meant the brand had no direct-to-consumer sales channel, and no data on who was buying or what kept getting reordered.

The customer earns points on every order and redeems them on the next one — a full points engine with balances and earn/redeem rules.

The customer sets their location, and the app matches the order to the closest branch that serves that area — the hardest part of any multi-branch app.
